Biography:
Emma Chiaramello was born in Savigliano, Italy. She obtained her Master’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Politecnico di Torino, Torino, Italy in 2009. In 2010 she started her Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering at the Politecnico di Torino, Torino, Italy and obtained her Ph.D. degree in 2013 with the thesis “From the classical analysis of center of pressure signals to a novel approach: study of rotational components”. Her research interests are biomedical signal processing. Since February 2013, she joined the Institute of Biomedical Engineering of the Italian National Research Council (ISIB CNR).
