Biography:
Sadegh Riyahi-Alam was born in Shiraz, Iran. He received his Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano, Milano, Italy in 2011. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in Biomedical Engineering at the Politecnico di Torino, Torino, Italy in February 2015 where he was involved in detection and diagnosis of breast cancer in Dynamic Area Telethermometry (DAT) using Infrared Thermography images. His research interests are on application of Medical Imaging in Computer Aided Surgery and Computer Aided Radiotherapy. He is also interested in cancer treatment Robotics Radiosurgery Systems.
